PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Momentum Project combines housing, work, skill-building, and community living into a single powerful experience ✔ Low-Cost Housing $350–$450/mo (utilities included) Fully furnished rooms 5-month commercial participation agreement No long leases, no predatory landlords Safe, structured environment ✔ A Walkabout Experience Participants live on: The Roseville Transition House (town location — ideal for job-focused students), or The Yurt + future Cob Village (our 10-acre rural property — ideal for creatives, athletes, and those seeking self-discovery) Both locations are grounded in responsibility, respect, and the pursuit of purpose. ✔ Skill-Building & Work Experience Residents gain real training in: Parkour, martial arts, aerial, conditioning, or stunt basics Film production, media, photography, editing Outdoor skills, land stewardship, cob building Coaching younger students Event management (showcases, retreats, haunts, film production) ✔ Life Skills for Real Adulthood Our curriculum includes: Budgeting & financial literacy Cooking & meal planning Time management routines Emotional regulation & the Mind Fortress framework Communication and boundary-setting Cleaning, maintenance, and household management Goal setting & accountability check-ins Journaling and reflection work This is practical, real, lived education—not classroom theory. ✔ Community Contribution Each participant contributes 5 hours/week: House hold shared responsiblities Property and Yard maintenance Community projects and events Everyone gives.
